Voidless, an Assago, Milan, Italy-based company focused on packaging directly in warehouses, raised €2.2M in Seed funding.
The round was led by CDP Venture Capital and 360 Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded in 2022 in Milan by Carlo Villani, Mattia Bertolani, Guglielmo Riva and Daniel Kaidanovic, Voidless designs and manufactures innovative “box on demand” industrial machinery that creates tailor-made packaging directly in warehouses and allows to reduce the consumption of cardboard, filling materials and optimize transport. The company’s systems can be integrated into any type of warehouse to allow each logistics operator to create the box of the appropriate size for the object or good to be shipped, in real time.
To date, Voidless has raised a total of €2.8M.
