Vegetarian Express, a Watford, UK-based supplier of vegetarian and vegan ingredients, received an investment of £15M from NVM Private Equity.
The company, previously owned by Bridges Fund Management, intends to use the funds to build on its expansion into Ireland, enhance its operational capabilities, support its expanding customer base, and strengthen its digital offering.
Led by Dave Webster, Managing Director, Vegetarian Express specializes in providing plant-based ingredients, ideas and inspiration to chefs across the UK. Being dedicated exclusively to plant-based food, the company works with customers to create plant-based menus. They are a certified B Corporation.
