Signal AI, a London, UK-based company which specializes in reputation and risk intelligence, acquired Social 360, a NYC- and London, UK-based reputation intelligence monitoring company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will integrate traditional, social, regulatory, and alternative data sources into one unified platform. The combined companies will deliver C-suite level intelligence that synthesises online data to help companies manage corporate reputation, mitigate corporate risk, and ensure they have the relevant information to advance corporate priorities.
