promiseQ Raises Seed Funding

promiseQ, a Berlin, Germany-based provider of an AI-based video surveillance platform, raised an undisclosed amount in Seed funding.

The round was led by ExtraVallis and APY Ventures.

The company intends to use the expand its range of products and services and continue its growth trajectory.

Co-founded by Elias Kardel and Tolga Ermis, promiseQ is a smart video surveillance management platform that streamlines the entire monitoring process. The smart system allows users total video surveillance alarm oversight online without the reliance on costly monitoring centers. The B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product is now being used within the security industry, i.e. by International Security Group, WSD Permanent Security, and more. promiseQ is partnering with companies such as HIKVISION, Sitasys AG, INSOCAM, AJAX, LISA (by Dr. Pfau Fernwirktechnik GmbH), and Security Robotics.
