Overmoon, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a tech-enabled vacation rental platform, raised $80M in Equity and Debt funding.
The round saw participation from NFX, Khosla Ventures, Camber Creek, 1Sharpe, Sunsar Capital, and others.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Joe Fraiman, Founder and CEO, Overmoon provides a tech-enabled vacation rental platform, which blends comfort, amenities, and concierge-level service of hotels with shared space for families and friends to gather of vacation homes.
The company also partnered with Flock, an Andreessen Horowitz-backed company, to launch Overmoon Exchange, an innovative program designed to offer vacation home owners significant tax, time, and investment benefits by contributing their home into Overmoon’s 721 Fund.
