Nuqlea, a Buenos Aires, Argentina-based provider of a B2B digital platform for the construction industry, raised $750K in Seed extension funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $4M, was led by Foundamental. Foundamental joined previous investors Newtopia VC, former NBA player Emanuel Ginobili, Matías Woloski, co-founder of Auth0, and more.
The company intends to use the funds to further expand its operations in Argentina while laying the groundwork for international expansion.
Founded by Gaston Remy (CEO) with Pablo Silveri (CFO) and Ines Cura (COO), Nuqlea works for construction industry ecosystem in Argentina, with a B2B marketplace that connects the value chain through itss AI-powered Studio. By uniting builders, manufacturers, financial entities, logistics firms and more, entire construction projects can be managed via the studio. Quotes, purchase orders and invoices can all be securely shared by stakeholders across the value chain. Nuqlea works with shipping companies to optimize the delivery of orders and offers transparent tracking and traceability. As well, its partnerships with finance providers allow Nuqlea members to access vital credit and funds as and when they need them.
Since launch, the company has onboarded 50+ construction companies and cooperatives.
