Exelab, a Milan, Italy-based System Integrator Enterprise of HubSpot, acquired The Client Group, a Milan, Italy-based Data Management, Business Process Optimization and AI powered company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The deal will enable Exelab to accelerate its growth process by combining analysis and strategic planning, the capacity of create technologies to support business processes through adopting platforms such as HubSpot, Twilio e Asana.
Founded in 2021 by Andrea Carbone, The Client Group is a startup that allows customers to optimize the management of marketing, sales and customer service resources through data analysis, identify opportunities and threats, and optimize customer experience business processes.
Led by Emanuele Caronia, Founder and CEO, Exelab is a system integrator specialized in the development of CRM, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel and AI projects based on HubSpot, Asana and Twilio for the enterprise world. Exelab’s strategy is based on three main pillars:
