Chiral

Chiral, a Zurich, Switzerland-based nanotechnology company, raised $3.8M in funding.

The round was led by co-led by Founderful (formerly Wingman Ventures) and HCVC and included grants from ETH Zurich and Venture Kick.

The funding will accelerate the development of the company’s next machine.

Led by CEO Seoho Jung, Natanael Lanz, and Andre Butzerin, Chiral has built high-speed, automated, robotic machines that integrate nanomaterials into devices. These machines can robotically place micrometer-sized (or even nanometer-sized) materials on small chips. Incorporated in 2023, the company is a spin-off from ETH Zurich and Empa.
