Ascent Technologies, a Chicago, IL-based provider of AI-enabled compliance automation solutions for financial services companies, acquired Waymark, a Northwich, UK-based provider of horizon scanning and compliance management workflow solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. This strategic move follows Ascent’s recent acquisition by Edgewater Equity Partners.
