Traliant, a NYC-based provider of online compliance training solutions, acquired Kantola Training Solutions, a San Francisco, CA-based eLearning company serving over 15,000 organizations.

Kantola’s training solutions further strengthen Traliant’s portfolio of online compliance training courses.

This latest milestone extends Traliant’s growth trajectory, following the acquisition of Clear Law Institute in June 2023 and an investment announced in January 2021 from PSG, a growth equity firm partnering with software and technology-enabled services companies to help accelerate their growth.
