Runnr.ai, an Utrecht, the Netherlands-based provider of a conversational guest engagement platform for hotels, raised €1M in funding.
The round was led by Arches Capital, with participation from Golden Egg Check, and angel investors Roland Zeller, Marnix van der Ploeg, and Hans Pieters.
The company intends to use the funds for product development and growth to across Benelux, the UK, and Germany during 2024.
Led by Michiel de Vor, CEO, Steven Oliemans, CTO, and Maarten Fugers, CPO, Runnr.ai provides a platform that enables personalized guest communication for hotels to improve the guest experience, reduce workload for hotel staff, and increase revenue per room.
Launched in November 2022, the company has seen over 100 hotels joining its technology.
