Granata Bio, a Boston, MA-based biopharma company focused on the infertility medication market, raised $14M in Series A funding.
The round was led by GV (Google Ventures) with participation from CooperSurgical, Gedeon Richter, Alumni Ventures, Amboy Street Ventures, Vibe Bio and others.
The company intends to use the funds to progress its existing pipeline, evaluate new targets, and expand the team.
Led by CEO Evan Sussman Granata Bio is a biopharma company focused on women’s health and infertility. To date, it has assembled a portfolio of four medications, ranging from commercialized products to early-stage developments.
Commenting on the news, Evan Sussman said: “This funding is an exciting next step toward our mission of creating access for fertility patients with new therapeutic solutions.”
