BPEA EQT Mid-Market Growth acquired a majority stake in Indium Software, a Chennai, India-based digital engineering provider, from existing shareholders.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2024.

Co-founded in 1999 by Ram Sukumar and Vijay Balaji, Indium is a digital engineering provider, offering technology solutions to enterprise customers and born-digital companies. Today, it has of a team of 3,000 employees and has grown at a CAGR of around 50 percent over the last three years.
