INNO4, a Boston, MA-based nationwide technology integrator and solutions provider, received an investment from ServicePoint, a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to support its continued growth.
Co-founded in 2010 by Robert Feldman, Mark Rauch and Paul Manibusan, INNO4 is focused on designing, installing and supporting custom technology solutions for large enterprise customers. Its solutions include data infrastructure, audio visual, IT services and managed services, while its core focus is on mission-critical systems for sophisticated facilities and technology rollouts. Key end markets include e-commerce and retail, healthcare, real estate, technology and financial services, among others.
INNO4 serves over 190 customers across various industries throughout the nation.
