EQT Private Equity to Acquire Zeus

EQT Private Equity, a NYC-based investment firm, acquired Zeus, an Orangeburg, South Carolina-based supplier of custom polymer components.

EQT also announced that John Groetelaars, former CEO of Hillrom and EQT Industrial Advisor, will serve as Zeus’ Executive Chairman upon closing of the transaction.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

EQT will support Zeus through investments in additional production capacity, R&D, and operational excellence
