The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and strengthen go-to-market capability.

The company provides a streamlined, scalable, and engaging coaching experience for all stakeholders through coaching and off-the-shelf coaching programs.
Thanks to the investment, Elatra aims to enhance user experience for the organizations, their people and coaches, providing them with additional personalized coaching tools. The company will focus on enhancing the user interface and creating new analytical features to measure people’s competences and engagement, so that tech businesses can manage the coaching process easier and evaluate its impact.
Elatra operates in the UK, Europe and US and is expanding into the Middle East and APAC.
