Visiativ UK, a UK-based funding consultancies company, acquired MMP Tax, a London, UK-based multi-service consultancy company helping FTSE 100 and large complex multi-nationals claim technology incentives.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Visiativ UK will expand its offerings.
Led by David Marshall, Director, MMP Tax specialises in the provision of intellectual property based government incentives. They work mostly with listed and multi-national businesses based in the UK. Their team of chartered tax advisors and technical consultants help clients in media, banking, engineering, food technology, AGRI tech, computer science, and biochemistry.
Led by CEO Scott Henderson, Visiativ UK is an R&D tax relief company that has helped over 2,000 clients apply for a range of innovation incentives, grants and subsidies. They now have over 100 staff, with offices across the UK and Ireland. R&D tax relief remains at the core of their business alongside other services including Grant Funding, Patent Box and Capital Allowances.
