Prosper, a London, UK-based company proving a wealth-tech platform that offers an access to zero-cost index funds, raised £3.2M in Angel funding.
The round saw participation from the founders of Monzo (Tom Blomfield), Capital One (Matt Cooper), World First, Tandem, Azimo, Embark, Comply Advantage, as well as the Connect, MMC and Portfolio Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Founded by Nick Perrett of digital bank Tandem, Ricky Knox of Tandem and Azimo, and Phil Bungey of Nutmeg, Prosper is a wealth-tech platform offering zero cost index funds from major asset managers, and opening access to alternative private market investments.
It is an appointed representative of RiskSave Technologies Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (No. 775330).
