MCCi, a Tallahassee, FL-based business process automation company, acquired GovBuilt, a Manhattan, KS-based provider of a low-code/no-code case management platform.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition of GovBuilt wil strengthen MCCi’s product portfolio.
GovBuilt is a provider of a low-code/no-code case management platform specifically built for government agencies to provide citizens with a one-stop experience for multiple use cases. With over a combined 30 years of government software experience, the company has worked with government employees, contractors, and citizens to build an online solution that streamlines government operations.
Led by President and CEO Donny Barstow, MCCi is a provider of business process automation solutions, the creator of JustFOIA, and a Laserfiche solution provider. The company creates organizational efficiencies by adding intelligence to business processes using hyperautomation technologies. It is a used partner to over 1,500 organizations across state and local governments, education, and select commercial entities.
