Launchpad.build Receives Strategic Investment From Lockheed Martin Ventures

Lauchpad.build, an Irwindale, CA-based technology company using AI to deliver capabilities in robotics and automation, received a strategic investment from Lockheed Martin Ventures.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Yoav Zingher, Launchpad.build is a developer of AI-powered assembly planning software and autonomous assembly systems. The company uses advanced software to recognize  parts, realize the most efficient assembly process, and provide a quote to fully manufacture an entire product. In addition, Digitool learns and executes manufacturing tasks based on a product CAD file without custom software or fixtures. Its small-batch systems, which are assembled on demand, enable agile and adaptive manufacturing processes and equipment that allow for design agility and economic efficiency.
