Bloom, a London, UK-based provider of a mobile-first coaching experience offering accelerated professional growth to people at work, raised $10M in Seed funding.
Backers included Octopus Ventures and MMC Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth by onboarding an estimated 100,000 users across the UK and US in 2024.
Led by CEO Alistair Crane and co-founder Jamie True, Bloom combines AI, psychometrics, behavioural science, and human insight to provide daily personalised growth opportunities for professionals. The solution combines inspirational audio from industry leaders, scientifically backed personal insights, and regular check-ins from a dedicated team of accredited coaches.
Companies and multinational brands, like The Hut Group, are already using the app. Bloom has already had over 10,000 coaching moments.
