Accenture (NYSE: ACN) acquired Incapsulate, a Washington, D.C.-based digital transformation consulting firm that specializes in Salesforce solutions.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008 and led by Ajay Batish, CEO, Incapsulate designs and implements Salesforce solutions for organizations in the public sector and financial services industries. As a Salesforce Platinum Consulting partner, Incapsulate fortifies Accenture’s Salesforce capabilities, which focus on helping clients use data and AI-driven insights to transform how they connect with customers and meet their ever-evolving needs.
Headquartered in Washington, D.C., Incapsulate also has offices in Boston and Toronto, as well as in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, India. Its team of more than 275 Salesforce practitioners and software engineers, who hold over 1,100 certifications, are joining the Accenture Salesforce Business Group within Accenture Technology.
