Veritas Management Group, an Alpharetta, GA-based management consulting firm serving government and commercial sector organizations, acquired ASAP Talent Services, an IT executive search firm based in Houston, TX.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Veritas Management Group (VMG) will enhance its competitive position and provide expanded services for its clients. In the information technology space, the combined company will now be able to provide more comprehensive support in IT, data analytics, cybersecurity, and other related fields. The two companies comprise nearly 100 employees in 19 U.S. states and locations in four other countries.
