The Futurum Group, an Austin, TX-based global technology advisory, media and research firm, acquired Business Podcast Network, a San Francisco, CA-based media company known for its flagship show The Drill Down.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, The Futurum Group will expand its offerings.
