SuperOps.ai, a New York-based provider of an AI-powered IT management SaaS platform, raised $12.4M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought the total amount raised to date to $29.4M, was led by Addition and March Capital, with participation from Matrix Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by CEO Arvind Parthiban, CEO, SuperOps.ai is a cloud platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to handle the IT management process and workflow with professional services automation functionalities including service desk, cash flow management, reporting, client management and more.
Today, SuperOps.ai launched advanced Network Monitoring capabilities as part of the unified platform to further expand its offering to MSPs. Now, MSPs will be able to include Network Monitoring as a service without having to onboard yet another tool.
