The company intends to use the capital to expand its footprint of restaurants and lounges.
Established in 2002 by Founder and CEO Sam Nazarian, sbe is a lifestyle hospitality company that develops, manages and operates restaurants, lounges and nightclubs. The lifestyle platform included over 100 hotels and 150 restaurants and lounges.
