Responsibly Raises $2.4M in Seed Funding

Responsibly, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of a platform for companies to assess supplier sustainability and reduce data compliance costs, raised $2.4M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Hambro Perks and Pi Labs, which joined Global Founders Capital, AENU, Michael Wax and Benedikt Franke.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its developement efforts.

Co-founded by Daniel Stanila, Hope Jeter, Christian Hjort Lauritzen, and CEO Thomas Buch Andersson, Responsibly is a supplier data platform for responsible procurement. It is employing AI to find and understand data generated within the sustainability sector. Factors that it incorporates in its analysis include carbon emissions, gender pay gap, human rights, and deforestation, and provides customers with a supplier sustainability data score.

Clients include CERN and Chr. Hansen, among others.
