Rentizo, a Iowa City, IA-based operator network for spray drone services, raised over $6M in Series A funding.
The round was led by Leaps by Bayer, with participation from Fulcrum Global Capital and Innova Memphis.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its nationwide network of spray drone services in agriculture.
Led by CEO Mariah Scott, Rantizo provides a service platform that connects demand and supply for agricultural spray drone services. It enables drone applicators by selling drones, support, software and training, and its service platform allows demand for acres to be sprayed to local operators. The company’s operators fly and apply in 30 states, providing qualified, licensed, and insured precision application services.
