Perenna, a UK-based mortgage market company, raised USD $52M in funding.
The round was led by Silverstripe Investment Management with participation from and others.
The company intends to use the funds to roll out fixed-rate mortgage products and improve the financial infrastructure of the region.
Perenna is building an innovative digital mortgage bank whose launch product will be a flexible 30 year fixed rate mortgage providing full payment certainty and protecting borrowers against interest rate rises.
