Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired The Storytellers, a U.K. creative management consultancy that partners with CEOs and other C-Suite leaders to develop their narratives to accelerate transformational change and boost performance in their organizations.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will enhance Accenture’s capabilities in transformational change and further help clients with articulating and activating their vision and change strategies.
Founded in 2003 and led by Chris Spencer, CEO, The Storytellers has a proven track record of helping business leaders with a human-centred approach to activate their transformations and new business strategies. They combine deep expertise in storytelling with facilitation, skills-building, creative communications, and immersive digital and live event production, to help leaders create and deliver a compelling, action-oriented narrative that motivates their colleagues and customers.
The Storytellers has partnered with over 200 clients to co-create stories that have helped to realise the benefits of change in organizations. Their team of professionals will join the Talent & Organization / Human Potential practice.
