Yaysay Raises $10.3M in Venture Funding

Yaysay, a NYC-based provider of an AI powered shopping app just launched in Beta mode,, raised $10.3M in venture funding.

The round was led by Alex Taussig at Lightspeed Venture Partners and included investors such as:

  • Gaurav Jain, Founder of Afore
  • Moshe Lifschitz, Co-Founder of Shrug Capital
  • Emily Heyward, Founder of Red Antler

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.

Led by Philip Krim and CEO Lindsay Ferstandig, Yaysay provides an AI-powered discovery-driven shopping app leveraging AI to curate a personalized fashion feed and present shoppers with the perfect items at affordable prices. Designed to bring off-price hunting online, the app draws inspiration from social media, dating apps, and gaming interfaces, combining competition, luck, and limited supply to provide an enhanced shopping experience.

The Beta version is now live, accompanied by a waitlist which will allow consumers an early glimpse into this transformative shopping platform within the coming weeks.
