Timeline, a London, UK-based provider of planning technology and portfolio management solutions, raised £10m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Blackfin Capital Partners, with participation from existing investors including MTech Capital, Darren Carter, board member of Peel Hunt, and Adam Seale, former CEO of Interactive Investor.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Abraham Okusanya, CEO and Founder, and Adam Seale, chairman, Timeline empowers financial advisers and financial planning firms with a technology and portfolio management platform featuring modules for initial client fact-finding, risk profiling, cashflow modelling, investment analytics and Timeline Portfolios – a suite of low-cost, high-performing model portfolios.
The company also announced that it reached the £3bn AUM milestone, and that is on on the path to doubling in size by the end of 2023.
