Site Technologies, a Chicago, IL-based innovator in asset management and data analytics technology utilizing artificial intelligence and advanced imagery capturing technologies, closed a $10m Series A funding round.
The round was led by Prologis Ventures, the investment arm for Prologis, along with technology investors DivcoWest Ventures and Protagonist.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate enhancements of the AI intelligence platform and expand globally.
Led by Dan Duffy, CEO, Site Technologies provides a proprietary intelligence platform that uses AI and drones, satellites, manned aircraft and other methods to gather precise and real-time property data, improving the efficiency and accuracy of a facility’s condition analysis.
The company has already established itself as a partner for various industries, including commercial, industrial, and retail real estate, construction, and infrastructure management.
