The round was led by UVC Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to further invest in the growth of its cloud collaboration governance offering.
Co-founded by Matthias Einig and Torsten Mandelkow, Rencore is a B2B software company providing solutions essential for staying in control of cloud collaboration technologies. Customers use the tools to simplify, automate, and speed up their everyday governance, risk, and compliance challenges. The global customer base ranges from mid-sized businesses to enterprises.
