HotelRunner Acquires PayPad

HotelRunner, a Wilmington, Delaware-based hospitality and travel technology provider, acquired PayPad, a Istanbul, Turkey high-end point-of-sale system provider.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, HotelRunner will offer a comprehensive solution with a specific focus on the hotels’ on-premise sales and payments. 

Founded in 2016 by Veysel Berk, PayPad is a cloud-based, smart sales system designed exclusively for restaurants, hotels, and retail stores. It expanded into the global market with a client base in the United Kingdom, Spain, the United States, and Turkey.

Founded by Arden Agopyan, and Ali Beklen, HotelRunner is a data-driven SaaS-enabled unified sales, operations, and distribution management platform and B2B network for accommodations, travel agencies, and payment providers.
