FastWave Medical, a Minneapolis, MN-based medical device company, closed a multi-million dollar private financing.
The backers were not disclosed.
The company will use the funds to continue to expand its development efforts for its IVL systems, propelling key pre-clinical and clinical initiatives into new horizons.
Led by co-founders CEO Scott Nelson, JC Sun, and Brady Hatcher, FastWave Medical is developing intravascular lithotripsy (IVL) systems for calcific artery disease which aim to elevate patient care and the clinician experience.
