Certa, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a third-party management platform for global third-party management across procurement, compliance, ESG, and legal, raised $35M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $50M, was led by Fin Capital, and Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, with participation from Tru Arrow Partners and existing investors Point72 Ventures, BDMI, Aglae Ventures, Mantis VC, and GOAT Capital. In conjunction with the funding, Logan Allin, Managing Partner and Founder of Fin Capital, will join Certa’s Board.
The company intends to use the funds to bolster its go-to-market engine, expand its reach into new high-growth markets like Europe, and accelerate adoption of its solution.
Led by Jag Lamba, founder and CEO, Certa provides Fortune 500 firms with a compliance, risk management, and ESG platform to manage all third parties globally which can be personalized via a no-code studio and an open architecture with 120+ ready-made integrations.
To date, the company has enables clients to onboard and monitor millions of companies across 120 countries supporting 41 languages.
