Catalyte, a Baltimore, MD-based provider of an AI-powered, end-to-end reskilling platform, raised $1.5M in funding.
The round was led by Green Street Impact Partners.
Founded in 2000, and led by CEO Matthew Derella, Catalyte leverages 500+ data points to continuously refine its AI-powered, end-to-end reskilling platform to discover, develop and deploy high-potential talent into new careers, regardless of their background.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the growth of its apprenticeship programs, which deliver talent to employers, helping both private and public sector organizations de-risk their hiring processes, increase productivity, lower costs and drive sustainable diversity. It currently offers apprenticeship programs in software development, sales, digital media, cyber security, IT services and project management.
Catalyte has delivered day-one-ready talent to such notable organizations as Nike, GroupM, the State of Maryland and USA Swimming.
