Access Group, a Loughborough, UK-based business management software provider, acquired Diversely, a London, UK-based provider of an inclusive recruitment solution.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition represents a landmark move in the DE&I (diversity, equity and inclusion) space, with Diversely being the first technology platform of its kind to be acquired by a larger technology group, and followed on from the significant acquisitions in 2022 of Vincere, a provider of a recruitment operating system, and FastTrack360, a SaaS pay and bill solution provider.
Launched in 2021 by Helen McGuire (CEO) and Hayley Bakker (CPO), Diversely is a DE&I specific platform that enables businesses to deliver on an inclusive hiring experience through AI driven recruitment tools and deep data insights. The business has served clients globally across both in-house and recruitment sectors, having initially raised over half a million US dollars in funding.
Founded in 1991, The Access Group employs approximately 6,800 people. Led by Christian Fleck, Managing Director, Access Recruitment, a division of the Access Group, supports agencies from startups through to large enterprise players to operate and grow with its recruitment operating system and integrated website, screening and pay and bill technology. Diversely enables staffing firms to remove bias helping them to win new business, stay compliant and attract a wider candidate pool whilst differentiating their brand from competitors.
