Storable, an Austin, TX-based provider of technology solutions for the self-storage industry, acquired CallPotential, a Naperville, IL-based provider of tenant engagement and performance management solutions for self-storage operators.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition brings together two industry leaders whose solutions help operators simplify their operations and grow their revenue. This integration will enable self-storage operators to access a unified platform integrating operational, marketing, and tenant management functions.

Led by Phil Murphy, CEO, CallPotential provides a suite of services including automated collections, lead management, contact center software, performance management, and marketing analytics. These solutions fully automate critical collections workflows and surface key performance insights for operators of all sizes.

Led by Chuck Gordon, CEO, Storable provides products that deliver end-to-end capabilities, and business solutions to help operators achieve business results. Its platform starts with facility management software at its core, which is integrates with storage marketplace, facility websites, tenant insurance, and payment processing products.
