Simon Data Raises $54M in Series D Funding

Simon Data, a New York-based customer data platform (CDP) provider, closed $54m Series D funding round.

The round was led by Macquarie Capital with participation from several existing investors, including Polaris, .406, and F-Prime.

The company intends to use the funds to further accelerate product development, to continue building connected applications with other cloud data warehouses and provide customers with a fully-connected CDP.

The platform enables marketers to access customer data directly within the cloud data warehouse, build complex customer segments and activate them in end channels. It is used by top global brands, organizations like Tripadvisor, Equinox, JetBlue, ASOS, Venmo and many others.
