Priority Power, an Arlington, TX-based provider of energy management services, acquired the business of energy procurement organization Atlas Retail Energy based in Boston, MA and Houston, TX.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Through this acquisition, Atlas’ clients will have access to additional product and service offerings, operational enhancements and support, as well as industry expertise and access to industry insights via Priority Power’s proprietary pricing and data system. Atlas will continue to operate in the marketplace as Atlas Retail Energy, powered by Priority Power.
