Metroc, a Helsinki, Finland-based construction tech company, raised €2m in seed funding.
Backers included Lifeline Ventures, and some angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its reach to other Nordic countries and beyond, and grow its team, especially in tech, sales, and marketing.
Led by Jussi Virnala, Founder & CEO, Metroc provides an AI-enhanced platform that includes all the needed features for housing companies and real estate companies to find new construction projects, monitor the market and handle customer relationships. It features a Built-in CRM, gives access to stakeholder data, and enables users to to stay up to date with what is happening on the market.
