Passes, a Miami, FL-based provider of an invite-only brand-friendly paywall platform, raised USD9M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Multicoin Capital with participation from Florida Funders, Anti Fund, Craft Ventures, Menlo Ventures, and 11:11 Media.
The company intends to use the funds for product development, talent acquisition, and growth of the number of platform users.
Led by Lucy Guo, Founder and CEO, Passes charges creator-to-fan relationships with a brand-friendly paywall platform, where creators can interact with their fans via locked content, direct messaging, livestreams, 1:1 fan calls, and customizable subscription tiers.
Creators currently using Passes include Sophoa Mosca, TherapyJeff, Maren Altman, Emma Norton, and Luke Scornavacco amongst others.
