Fulcrum IT Partners Acquires Stoneworks Technologies

Fulcrum IT Partners acquired Ottawa, Canada-based IT services company Stoneworks Technologies.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With this transaction, Fulcrum completes its third acquisition of 2023 and increases its geographic presence throughout all of Canada, expanding the global IT service provider’s vertical specialization in the public sector.

Stoneworks Technologies has been providing IT consulting, implementation, and integration services for various platforms and solutions to Canadian-owned businesses since 2001. The company delivers custom-built solutions that include AI, Cloud, Data Centre, Virtualization, Cybersecurity, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and Big Data solutions. Stoneworks has grown its business to over $120M in annual revenue over the past 20 years. The team of 25 employees builds and manages infrastructure for more than 500 corporations and government agencies in Canada. Its preferred technology partners include vendors Cisco, Dell, Hitachi, HPE, and VMware.

Stoneworks Technologies maintains its brand, and the provider’s CEO, Jody Burton, joins the Fulcrum IT Partners Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
