Blattner Tech, a Nashville, TN-based provider of predictive transformation services, products and solutions, acquired DevDigital, a Nashville, TN-based digital transformation consultancy company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The strategic merger will enhance Blattner Tech’s technical capabilities, and further improve their predictive transformation platform. DevDigital’s talented team and capabilities will be integrated within Blattner Technologies. DevDigital CFO, Debby Sapp, will remain with the company and assume the role of Senior Director of Finance for Blattner Tech.
Led by Peter Marcum, CEO, who will depart after founding the company 15 years ago, DevDigital provides organizations with solutions to navigate the digital transformation process from inception to execution. Their holistic approach encompasses brand and audience discovery, integrations, application development, and continuous evolution.
Led by Russ Blattner, CEO, Blattner Tech provides predictive transformation services, products and solutions in the Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning industry.
