Axxess, a Dallas, TX-based home healthcare technology provider, acquired Complia Health, a Schaumburg, IL-based provider of EMR solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will help Axxess expand its offerings.
Complia Health is a provider of EMR solutions facilitating mission-critical business processes and creating efficiencies across clinical, financial, and back office operations. Its EMRs integrate desktop and mobile delivery applications to streamline administrative tasks and enhance front-line care experiences. Complia’s roster of clients includes some of the largest home health, home care, hospice and palliative care providers among its more than 200 clients with thousands of locations.
Complia will continue to operate under the leadership of its CEO Rich Berner as the two organizations integrate over the next several months.
