Monster API, a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of an ML pipeline platform, raised $1.1M in Pre-Seed funding.
The round was led by Carya Ventures, with participation from Rebright Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Co-founded by Saurabh Vij and Gaurav Vij, Monster API provides an ML pipeline platform that accesses the unused computing power of millions of decentralized crypto and gaming computers worldwide, to optimize them for machine learning and deliver a scalable, globally available platform for generative AI.
Monster API allows developers to access, tune and train ML models. It enables:
- Access to AI models: Integrates the latest AI models–like Stable Diffusion, Whisper AI, StableLM, etc.–with available REST APIs through a one-line command interface, without the complex setup.
- Fine-Tuning: Enables developers to enhance LLMs with a no code fine-tuning solution, simplifying the development by specifying hyperparameters and datasets.
- Training: The Monster API decentralized computing approach enables access to tens of thousands of GPUs like A100s–on demand–to train breakthrough models at substantially reduced costs.
