Ironforge, a Miami, FL-based provider of a serverless Solana development platform, raised $2.6M in Pre-Seed funding.
The round was led by Reciprocal Ventures with participation from Hash3, 6th Man Ventures, Alchemy, Monoceros Ventures and Portage Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to move from ideation to production, and expand its team to include several Solana developers.
Led by CEO Italo Casas, Ironforge allows Solana developers to focus on aspects of their projects. The platform is built on globally distributed, low-latency Edge Runtimes that simplify app integration and provide Solana developers with a set of features such as low-cost retrieval of indexed account data, intelligent RPC routing, and failover, automatic analysis, defined cache controls and many other features.
