Hybr1d, a Singapore-based provider of a workforce management platform, raised US$3.2M in Pre-Seed funding.

The round saw participation from Global Founders Capital, MS&AD, 468 Capital, and 1982 Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to develop its technology, recruit across all functions, and expand its reach across the Europe, APAC and Middle East regions.

Led by Yoan Kamalski, Pauline Wetzer, and Aditya Anand, Hybr1d offers a solution that allows businesses of all sizes to streamline their HR and IT processes. The platform enables organizations to manage everything from onboarding, procurement, devices, payroll, leave, attendance, and more. The solution connects every workforce system to a single dashboard for employee data, providing a comprehensive, data-driven approach to workforce management for businesses to make smart decisions and optimize their operations.

The company serves marquee brands and fast-growing companies, such as Carousell, Sleek, CyberSierra, Beam Mobility, and Multiplier, among others.
